Return and Exchange policy

The Shameless Lengths Collections goal is to provide the best customer service and hair within an affordable price for many! 

ONCE PURCHASED NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED!

Not the style you had in mind? Want to exchange for something better? There’s no problem with that! Email us your information along with your inquiry and we will find something that fits your needs. (lengths stay the same , textures can change) 

In order to exchange, the hair must be in Its original state (original packaging, closed, unopened) please contact us within 24hrs for exchange. After 24 hrs, if you have not contacted us we cannot give you an exchange. 

You will be solely responsible for any necessary exchange shipping fees

Improper hair care will result in not being able to return the hair. Hair will be analyzed upon return and a decision will be made before any exchange will be issued. If the hair is damaged you are responsible to pay the return shipping fees if you would like the hair back. We ask if you could please wait up to 2 business days for a response. 

If the hair is not what was expected (extreme shedding, tangling etc) this issue will be taken care of on a individual customer basis. Please email Shamelesslengthscollection@gmail.com all problems are welcomed and we will work our hardest to satisfy your needs!
